Khaled is a business man in the field of door maintenance. He established his own business at the beginning of 1998. He started working with youth through his participation with Hilal (AL-Quds) Jerusalem Club in 1996; where he participated during that period in a number of courses in important topics such as leadership, communication skills and project coordination, in addition to his participation in many summer camps.
Khaled built with a group of young leaders the idea of establishing a non-profit organization dedicated to youth. Moreover, he was one of the co-founders of the Palestinian Vision Organization in 1998. Khalid was a board member of the first electoral period, and then became the secretary of the board in 2012.
Luna was born in 1978, and grew up between Damascus and the West Bank because of the forced migration of her father due to his political activities. She returned to live permanently in the city of Jericho when she was in the middle school in 1993, after the Madrid Agreement. She has been active in the field of youth since 1994, joining the Palestinian Youth Union; she also joined several training courses for the early rehabilitation of the leading cadres of youth with the Ministry of Youth and Sports since 1996. She volunteered as a paramedic in the medical assistance since 1998. Moreover, she worked as a trainer and program designer with a number of organizations.
She obtained her BA degree in Law from Al-Quds University in 2003. Later in 2006, she obtained a diploma of Professional Legal Skills from Birzeit University. She has qualified as a lawyer since 2007. She got the second place in the pleadings of the International Competition of Human Rights which dealt with human rights violations faced by the Jahalin Bedouins. In addition, she worked as a lawyer at Women’s Center for Legal Aid and Counselling. Currently, she is the director of the unity of Press and Publication (Technical Office) in the Palestinian Bar Association. She is also youth rights activist. Moreover, she is a volunteer in several Palestinian Organizations. She participated in various local and international courses and conferences; which had a positive impact in enriching their knowledge and expertise.
Imad was born in Jerusalem in 1975. He completed his undergraduate studies at Bethlehem University. He obtained a Higher Diploma in Family Counselling from Birzeit University in 2000. He also obtained a Higher Diploma in Drama Therapy in 2003. He holds a Master degree in Expressive Art Therapy from EU Business School (formerly European University) in Switzerland. He held several positions with various organizations; he worked in social therapy in the field of family and youth at the Social Welfare Association. He also worked as a youth program trainer and facilitator in collaboration with the Bisan Center for Research and Development, in addition to his work at the Democracy and Non-Violence Center.
He held a position of Executive Director of Burj Al-Luqluq Social Center Society. Later, he became responsible for the projects of the Palestinian Vision Organization. Thereafter, he became the chairman of the Palestinian Vision Organization’s board.
Currently he works as principal of a private school and a social worker in the public sphere.
Diaa was born in the United Arab Emirates. He moved to live in the city of Bethlehem in the West Bank. He obtained several degrees from colleges and various educational institutions in the field of Information Technology. In addition, he participated with several institutions in the representation of the basketball team on wheelchairs. He is a board member in several Palestinian civil society organizations. He became a board member in the Palestinian Vision Organization in 2016.
Sophia graduated from Birzeit University with a BA degree in Press & Media, and two minor specializations in Politics and Translation. Currently, she works as the coordinator of international relations in the international campaign for the freedom of Marwan Barghouti and the Palestinian prisoners. Four years ago she started volunteering in the Palestinian Vision Organization in various project; including A New Generation “Jeel Jdeed”, Moving for Palestine “Mt7arkin” and the Arab Youth Voice “Sawt Al-Shabab Al-Arabi” project.
In addition to volunteering in other organizations, she aims to work and specialize in the field of Diplomacy and International Relations. Sophia became a board member in the Palestinian Vision Organization in 2016.
Lara was born in Palestine in 1993. She studied at Al-Quds University, and obtained a BA degree in Law. Currently, she is completing her postgraduate studies in International criminal law. She participated in many diverse courses scientifically and culturally in Palestine and abroad. Lara considers the volunteer work as one the most important foundations upon which her life was built on since school days until now.
She participated in several projects with the Palestinian Vision Organization; the most important was A New Generation “Jeel Jdeed” project. Lara became a board member of the Palestinian Vision Organization in 2016.
Hazem Yasser Tirhi, born in Jerusalem in 1986. Member of the Palestinian vision since 2004, He participated in many programs and international conferences concerned with matters of youth in the Arab world such as the World Economic Forum in Morocco in 2010, He is interested in youth development and awareness in Jerusalem in particular.
Hazem has eight years of experience in Project Management and Marketing Management, where he used to work in Jawwal as Senior Projects Analyst and currently is working for Akram Sbitany & Sons as Assistant Marketing Manager, Hazem holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications from the Arab American University – Jenin
Wa’ad was born in Jerusalem in 1992. He started his student life in the Youth of Jerusalem Parliament in 2006, and he was the elected President of the Parliament for the high school level. He graduated from Freres School in 2010. Thereafter, he studied Law at Al-Quds University. He worked as the Secretary of the Executive Committee of the Union Jerusalemites students while studying at the university. He has received many leadership training courses, human rights, and life skills. Currently, he is practicing Law in the Palestinian Shari’a Courts.
He volunteered in many community organizations, notably the Palestinian Vision Organization, in which he started out as a volunteer, then an employee, up to a board member. He is currently completing his master’s degree in Law at Birzeit University. In 2016, he was nominated as the Young President of Palestine within the contest carried out by Ma’an News Agency, in which 1200 young Palestinians participated in from several provinces, and continued for a period of 6 months.
Wa’ad became a board member of the Palestinian Vision Organization in 2016.
Ahmad holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Birzeit University. He completed his postgraduate studies at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in International Community Development. He volunteered in several local communities and organizations which are interested in the development and renaissance of the Palestinian community.
Ahmad has been working in the field of community development for more than four years; specifically in the field of economic development and education with many Palestinian NGOs.
He participated in many local and international conferences that contributed to the issuance of policy and research papers which would develop policies for young people for the development of the community as a whole. Currently, Ahmad works in the field of human rights and contributes in providing the support for Palestinians in the marginalized areas such as Al-Ghour (The Palestinian Valley) and other areas.
Ahmad became a board member of the Palestinian Vision Organization since 2016.
