The Service is conducting the strategic plan for Jerusalem Media Lab as part of “East Jerusalem Youth: Agents of Change” project. The strategic plan will help (1) set Jerusalem Media Lab objectives, directions and goals to be achieved. (2) Business Model: to develop a business plan as a not-for-profit initiative. (3) Advocacy and Communication Strategic Plan: to set outreach/advocacy objectives, target groups (international public and local duty-bearers and opinion-formers, international organizations and diplomatic missions in Jerusalem and Ramallah and EU member states, and partners (media partners and advocacy players). This intervention is funded by European Union.
