Bridge aims to develop youth skills and talents in accordance to their needs and interests, by building their capacities in dialogue and negotiations and developing their scientific knowledge and relating it to reality and their daily life. It also works on the aspect of career guidance. The project is implemented by Palestinian Vision Organization (PalVision) and supported by Welfare Association (Taawon).

Bridge targets 149 students, and it consists of three phases. The first phase covers two main subjects: debates, science and technology. The second stage is forming art and sport clubs in accordance to the participants’ needs and interests after conducting needs assessment to the students. In the third stage, a group of mentors who have studied abroad will offer consultation to the students who would like to complete their undergraduate studies abroad.
