15 male and female trainees, including engineers and diploma holders, completed the “Electrical Systems” training implemented by Palestinian Vision Organization under the Jusoor 2 Project, in cooperation with Northern Electricity Distribution Company and with the support of F4J Careerz.
The training aimed to strengthen participants’ technical and practical skills through a learning path that combined technical knowledge with direct field application, in line with the needs of the electricity sector.
Throughout the training, participants worked under the supervision of specialized engineering teams from Northern Electricity Distribution Company, gaining practical experience that brought them closer to real work environments and the requirements of institutions operating in the sector.
This training comes as part of Palestinian Vision Organization’s efforts to empower young women and men and enhance their professional readiness through practical, market oriented training programs implemented in partnership with active institutions and companies across different professional sectors.
