At Palestinian Vision, we do not view economic empowerment as “training” that ends with a certificate. We see it as a pathway that begins with young people and ends with a real opportunity: decent employment or a sustainable, viable enterprise.

The Seed of Entrepreneurship Programme works to economically empower Palestinian youth by equipping them with life and technical skills aligned with labour market needs, then accompanying them through a clear, practical journey from building employability readiness, to opening pathways for networking, to employment or the establishment of sustainable entrepreneurial ventures. The programme provides hands on, applied training, alongside technical and financial support that helps participants turn an idea into a plan and a plan into a reality with room to grow.

We place equity at the heart of design and delivery. For this reason, the programme gives particular attention to girls and to youth in marginalized areas, ensuring opportunities reach those most deprived of them. In addition to direct work with youth, the programme seeks to strengthen a more equitable economic environment through advocacy efforts that support young people’s right to education and vocational training, and to fair and safe work opportunities.
