Youth-led since 1998, working so young Palestinians can live in dignity.
Palestinian Vision (PalVision) is a youth-led, non-profit civil society organization that places children and young people at the heart of everything we do.
Continuing Impact, Expanding Reach
Youth-led since 1998It started with a bag of papers and a clear determination.
The beginning
PalVision began as a response to an urgent need felt by young Palestinians looking for a real space to express themselves. There was no office and no equipment, only a bag with papers, first plans and a clear will to keep going.
Growing together
Over the years the circle widened to young people from across the West Bank, Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip. Enthusiasm grew into organized work, and initiatives became experience that kept learning and expanding.
Today
Founded in 1998 and registered with the Palestinian Ministry of Interior in 2000, PalVision delivers practical, measurable work that empowers youth and adolescents and strengthens their resilience.
A free Palestinian youth: enterprising, innovative, and living in dignity.
Mobilizing efforts to create an enabling environment for youth and adolescents to realize their potential and aspirations, enhance their participation in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and safeguard national identity.
Children and young people at the heart of our work
We work through a rights-based approach. For us, impact is not a one-off event but a path built step by step.
We promote youth economic empowerment through entrepreneurship, career guidance and vocational education, building on deep knowledge of local communities and of the challenges facing the most vulnerable communities in the West Bank.

Four goals guide our work
Strengthening youth employability and expanding their economic opportunities for decent work.
Empowering children and young people to participate in community-driven change.
Advancing quality learning alongside protection and ensuring access to rights.
Building the capacity of community-based organizations and expanding partnerships.
