Relief and response programme is the organization’s mechanism for rapid, structured response in times of crisis. It focuses on strengthening the resilience of affected communities through emergency response to crises and disasters resulting from aggression and fluctuating living conditions, and through the provision of urgent humanitarian needs, especially in areas facing siege and destruction.

The programme is built on partnerships with local communities and specialized humanitarian actors to ensure an effective response that is fit for purpose and context appropriate. It also works to empower youth in affected areas to be part of first response efforts within their communities, strengthening readiness and continuity at the local level.
