This initiative shed light on illegal (unlicensed) vehicles in Al-Eizariya and Abu Dis, and their impact on residents in different ways. The campaign worked to tackle the problem and reduce the number of these vehicles, in cooperation with the traffic police and municipalities. Its aims were to:
- Raise community awareness of the dangers of unlicensed vehicles: accidents, traffic jams, pollution, legal violations and violence.
- Involve young people and the community in decision-making.
- Carry citizens’ voices to officials, and the other way around.
- Highlight citizens’ responsibilities towards their country and clarify their rights.
