Part of the Tajawob “Communities Innovate” project, this study analyses the needs of residents of Al-Dhahiriya regarding public services and civic participation, with a focus on youth, women and persons with disabilities. Using a participatory approach (a survey, interviews and focus groups), it ends with recommendations to improve services and infrastructure and to involve marginalised groups in decision-making.
