As part of the “Ambassador for a Day” initiative implemented by the Embassy of Finland in Palestine in partnership with the Palestinian Vision Organization, 21-year-old Rahma Tamam from Nablus spent a full day stepping into the role of Finnish Ambassador Tarja Kangaskorte in Ramallah.
Throughout the day, Rahma met with EU representatives, the Minister of Women’s Affairs, the Independent Commission for Human Rights, and several diplomats to discuss youth and women’s participation in decision-making. Her confidence, clarity, and passion reflected the strength of a new generation of Palestinian women shaping the future.
