Through the Darb platform, PalVision conducted career interest assessments with 790 students, generating findings that shed light on the most prominent career trends among them. Beyond helping students identify their interests, these results offer deeper insight into their needs and demonstrate the value of early career guidance as a practical basis for more responsive and informed interventions.
The value of these results lies in their contribution to guiding career guidance and vocational preparation programmes, and to designing interventions that are better aligned with students’ interests and aspirations.
They also provide a practical foundation for developing guidance content, setting priorities for upcoming activities and programmes, and strengthening coordination with schools and partner organisations in line with the trends reflected in the data. In addition, these results make it possible to identify broader patterns, detect gaps, and track shifts in students’ interests over time, supporting strategic planning and evidence based decision making.
