This initiative marks a pivotal step toward amplifying the voice of this vital sector, which has long been marginalized in national policies. It seeks to encourage development partners and decision-makers to invest in the early years of children’s lives — the critical years that shape their future.
The study goes beyond documenting the current situation; it lays the groundwork for concrete development plans to improve the quality of education and care in these centers, and to build safe and nurturing environments for every child in Palestine.
