As part of its efforts to strengthen knowledge exchange among remedial education facilitators under the “Sallam” project—implemented in partnership with Save the Children—Palestinian Vision organized five peer-learning workshops on teaching methods, with the participation of around 100 facilitators.
The workshops aimed to enhance facilitators’ performance, identify the challenges they face while delivering remedial education sessions in their partner community-based organizations and local areas, and discuss practical ways to improve delivery and expand the project’s impact to reach the greatest possible number of student beneficiaries.
Facilitators participating in the workshops deliver remedial education sessions through partner community-based organizations in the following governorates: Jerusalem, Hebron, Bethlehem, Ramallah, Nablus, Tulkarm. These workshops come as a continuation of ongoing capacity-building efforts to further develop their skills and competencies.
