Palestinian Vision implemented two specialized trainings in creative story writing and free self-expression for children, under the “Together We Can” project. The trainings targeted children from Abu Dis and Al-Eizariya, in cooperation with partner institutions: Abu Dis Youth Club and Al-Eizariya Youth Club.
The sessions focused on helping children turn their ideas into written stories in an engaging and interactive way. Through non-formal activities, participants explored the value of documentation and writing, key story-building elements, and basic content development skills.
The trainings resulted in a collection of stories that ranged from realistic narratives reflecting everyday experiences to imaginative pieces that opened wider space for creativity and innovation.
In the next phase, Palestinian Vision will scale up this activity to reach additional groups of children across the governorate, strengthening children’s participation through dedicated child clubs. Selected stories produced by participants will be curated, documented, and published in the coming period.
