Palestinian Vision Organization announces the official launch of the “Youth Economic Achievement” program, a comprehensive training initiative designed to empower Palestinian youth and enhance their economic and social participation. Implemented with the support of the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), the program equips young people with personal and professional skills that respond to the fast-changing demands of the labour market.
The program targets a total of 650 participants across five Palestinian governorates: Jenin, Tulkarm, Jerusalem outskirts, Salfit, and Hebron. It is structured into two main tracks: 325 youth aged 20–25 from university students and recent graduates, and 325 participants aged 13–16 who join an early development pathway focused on building foundational skills and strengthening career awareness among younger age groups.
Built on evidence-based training methodologies, the program combines theoretical frameworks with practical application. Its core modules cover effective communication, critical and creative thinking, teamwork, CV and cover letter writing, and preparation for job interviews. In addition, the program promotes leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and psychosocial resilience as key components of overall well-being and readiness for the future.
The training content also includes specialized sessions on human rights, equality, and community awareness, while deepening participants’ understanding of youth-led initiatives and their role in designing and implementing impactful community projects.
Through a highly interactive learning environment that emphasizes participation, experiential learning, and peer exchange, the “Youth Economic Achievement” program supports young people in developing solid personal and professional competencies and in shaping sustainable developmental pathways. Palestinian Vision reiterates its commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based developmental programs that enable youth to face future challenges and contribute effectively to social and economic development.
