Palestinian youth Employment and linkage with the labor market project is implemented by PalVision and in cooperation with Finance for Jobs. Jusoor Project aims to fill the gap between market demand and the youth qualifications through helping youth find sustained employment by enhancing their understanding of multiple commercial Industries, providing them with training and skills that contribute to developing their capacities and aligning them with the requirements of the Palestinian labor market.
Participants after the accomplishment of the training program will be directly linked to different employers to obtain sustained jobs that formulate the first step in their career path.
A total of 170 participants received training in life skills, business skills, digital marketing, and sales. Following their training, 75 of these participants were successfully recruited for sustainable positions within local Palestinian companies.
