Jusoor project aims to bridge the gap between market demand and youth qualifications, providing sustainable employment opportunities for Palestinian youth. This is achieved by enhancing their life and practical skills, equipping them with a range of trainings and skills that will significantly increase their employability and align them with the requirements of the Palestinian labor market. Through networking and employment services provided to them in various companies contracted to provide sustainable job opportunities for youth, which constitute a fundamental step in their professional lives.
170 participants have received training in life skills, business skills, e-marketing, and sales. After training, 75 participants trainees were employed in sustainable positions with local Palestinian companies.
This project is funded by Finance for Jobs and the World Bank, aimed at employing Palestinian youth and aligning them with the Palestinian labor market.
