The Masar Project aims to support children and youth in compensating for the educational loss caused by the political situation by providing academic and career guidance sessions. These sessions help improve their academic performance, develop life skills, and explore future career paths.
The project empowers 240 students in the Nablus and Tulkarm governorates, where each child receives individual sessions with 60 mentors over three months. These sessions include educational support, personal skill development, and confidence-building. Additionally, the project implements interactive open days with the participation of the local community, fostering a supportive environment for children and their families while strengthening communication between them.
In addition to supporting children, the project has provided short-term employment opportunities for 60 young men and women as mentors. This experience has helped build their capacities in academic guidance, working with children, and enhancing their communication and mentoring skills. Through the project, they have gained valuable practical experience that will contribute to their future career development.Through this initiative, Palestinian Vision Foundation seeks to create a lasting impact on the lives of children and youth by equipping them with the tools and resources needed for a brighter future while also enhancing employment and development opportunities for young people in the community.
