Responding to the Emergency Situation

In response to the emergency situation following the events of October 2023, the Palestinian Vision Foundation launched a project to support those affected in Jerusalem, the West Bank, and Gaza through youth emergency committees and humanitarian aid.

Key Interventions:

  • Emergency Committees: Established 13 committees in Jerusalem, the West Bank, and refugee camps, training 80 beneficiaries in first aid and psychological support.

  • Food Aid: Distributed 1,920 food parcels in Gaza, Jerusalem, Jenin, Tulkarm, the Jordan Valley, and Ramallah.

  • Financial Support: Provided financial assistance to over 630 individuals, including 300 workers from Gaza.

  • Healthcare Support: Supplied medicines and financial aid worth $26,000 to Al-Makassed and Augusta Victoria hospitals.

  • Child Assistance: Provided baby formula and medicine worth $10,000 to over 500 families.

  • Education Support: Assisted five schools in the Jordan Valley with essential educational materials.

PalVision reaffirms its commitment to supporting the Palestinian people and enhancing their resilience during challenging times.
