The study documents systematic and grave violations against Palestinian children in Jerusalem since October 7, 2023, including deliberate killings, arbitrary arrests, house arrest policies, torture, and ill-treatment. It concludes that these acts constitute a deliberate state policy of apartheid and forced displacement, threatening the very foundations of resilience in Jerusalem.
