Empowering Volunteerism and providing a Framework for Vocational Counseling for Youth in Jerusalem

This policy paper offers concrete recommendations to strengthen youth engagement in volunteerism and to establish a structured framework for vocational counseling for Jerusalemite youth. Building on the outcomes of the Third Youth Summit in Jerusalem, it examines the obstacles limiting youth participation and access to career guidance, and proposes mechanisms for cooperation between civil society, schools, and public institutions to help young people shape their educational and professional pathways more consciously and equitably.
