Nation State Laws and Ways to Address it

A policy paper on Israel’s “Basic Law: Israel as the Nation State of the Jewish People”, how it violates international law, and its impact on Palestinians in Israel, Jerusalem and the 1967 territories. It proposes three ways to respond: exposing the law in international forums, activating international law at the UN, and boycott. Produced under the Hirak project with EU support.
