Protecting Land and Employing Youth

This paper proposes giving young people incentives to set up entrepreneurial projects in marginalised and threatened areas, especially Area C, creating jobs while protecting the land and strengthening residents’ steadfastness, at a time when unemployment has reached 25% and poverty about 30%. It recommends government policies that link employment with protecting the land.
