Palestinian Vision Organization has launched a specialized goldsmithing training programme in Ramallah, in partnership with Al-Baltaji Jewelry Company and with funding from Finance for Jobs (F4J). The programme brings together 15 young women and men between the ages of 18 and 29.
With more than 100 hours of theoretical and hands-on training, the programme is designed to equip participants with the technical skills required in goldsmithing and strengthen their professional competencies, helping prepare them for entry into the Palestinian labour market.
The programme forms part of PalVision’s efforts to support unemployed youth by developing practical, job-relevant skills, improving their prospects for decent employment, and helping respond to labour market demand for qualified professionals.
