PalVision is implementing the project “Enhancing Youth Resilience through Education and Economic and Social Integration in the Villages of Jerusalem Governorate – Buqjah 2, funded by the GIZ, that aims to empower and build resilience and improve the quality of life of Palestinian youth through the development of individual, collective and institutional capacities and awareness-raising projects in marginalized areas of northwest Jerusalem and East Jerusalem.
PalVision initiated the activities of the project by delivering training in debates to 30 female students from Kufr Aqab. Buqjah 2 project targets 1080 male and female students distributed over 17 schools in the suburbs of Jerusalem. The project focuses on guidance, vocational guidance, entertainment activities and capacity building, in addition to targeting 1,374 youth and their families, to implement community activities.
