PalVision is implementing the “Youth for Resilience” program in partnership with American Friends Service Committee – Quakers, aimed at bringing together Palestinian youth from various locations to overcome political and social divisions. This initiative seeks to challenge the policies of segregation and fragmentation pursued by the Israeli occupation, which have resulted in isolating Palestinians from each other and violating their right to freedom of movement.
A youth group has been formed as part of the project, consisting of 15 young men and women aged between 20 and 25. They meet weekly to contemplate the concepts of national identity to confront stereotypical ideas and break visible and invisible barriers. A series of training sessions and workshops are organized for them, focusing on building teamwork, communication, developing, leading, and implementing campaigns and initiatives, as well as intellectual and political work.
