The Palestinian Vision Organization (PalVision) and Nabali & Fares Real Estate signed a cooperation agreement on Tuesday within the Buthoor project, with the aim of developing the capabilities of Palestinian youth and enhancing their employment opportunities.
Buthoor project is implemented by the Palestinian Vision and is funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. Its goal is to employ Palestinian youth and align them with the job market, aiming to provide sustainable employment opportunities for both male and female Palestinian youth. This is achieved by working to enhance their life and professional competencies, by equipping them with a range of training and skills that will significantly increase their capabilities and align them with the requirements of the Palestinian job market. The focus will be on providing theoretical and practical training in areas such as Excel and AutoCAD, in addition to other training in management, sales, marketing, and customer service. Afterward, efforts will be made to provide networking and employment services for the trainees in various Palestinian companies, offering sustainable job opportunities that form a fundamental step in their professional lives.
