The Palestinian Vision Organization (PalVision) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Palestinian Banking Institute in the presence of Dr. Akram Hamdan—the General Manager of the Palestinian Banking Institute and Mr. Rami Naser Eddin–the Executive Director of the Palestinian Vision Organization, in order to start implementing Bouthor project.
Bouthor project (which translates to seeds) is implemented by PalVision and funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). It aims at employing Palestinian female and male youth to obtain job opportunities and serve the needs of the Palestinian market. In order to achieve the project’s objectives, two stages have been designed; the first includes providing the Palestinian youth with training in life and technical skills. The second includes bridging the youth with employers in different companies and providing them with sustainable job opportunities that will serve their needs and the needs of the Palestinian market.
