Palvision represented by the chairman of the board Mr. Ahmad Yassin and the Palestinian civil defense represented by the Major General Abed Ibrahim Khalil Sabah signed a memorandum of cooperation to set up emergency committees in means to develop fast emergency responding systems and building basis for recruited volunteers. 5 emergency committees were formed in partnership with village councils in the governates of Tulkarm, Nablus, Salfit, Bethlehem, and Jerusalem. The Civil Defense emphasized on the importance of developing and enhancing emergency responding systems by allowing the local community to engage in a collective work of first response in emergencies and natural disasters.
